In the changing weather, many people feel that their hands and feet are cold. Due to this, they sweat a lot and feel itching and burning sensation in the body.

This rise in body temperature can be due to various reasons like any disease, medicines, excessive exercises.

In such condition, you can do the following activities to bring your body temperature down :

You can consume any cold food item to bring your body temperature down.

You can rub ice cubes on wrist, neck, chest and forehead. By doing this, you can immediately bring your body temperature down.

To reduce the body heat, you can also drink cold water or ice tea.

When your body temperature is high, you feel thirsty. Drinking at least 4 litres of water can provide your relief.

You can drink “drinks” in place of hot tea and coffee.

Those people who mostly feel warm should walk less because walking more makes your body sweat more and you feel restless.

When hands and feet are very hot, you should avoid doing any exercises.

If possible, sit in front of cooler or fan.

Some people are so busy in their life that they do not even realise that they are ill. They even work when they have fever. Not taking medicines at time and not taking proper rest can make you even more ill.

If you also see symptoms of increased heart rate or mental tension along with warm hands and feet, immediately consult a doctor.

Thank you.
